How do you use what I send in the form?
We use the website address and email you give us only to run and send your scan. They are never sold, and shared only with the services we use to run the scan (listed below). If we don't deliver a scan for your request, we delete it after 90 days.
The form also asks for your business type and your city and region. We use them to choose the questions a buyer would ask. The scan sends your business name or website and those questions to the AI assistants' APIs. It never sends them your email.
Which services see my information?
Only the services we use to run the site and the scan:
- Cloudflare, for hosting, the form database and the spam check (Turnstile).
- Resend, for sending email.
- The OpenAI, Google and Perplexity APIs, for the scan itself.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, for visit statistics.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Email hello@answersky.com from the address you used in the form, and we'll delete your request and anything we stored with it.
Who is responsible for my information?
Answersky is a Northstr product. Northstr is responsible for the information you give us. Contact: hello@answersky.com.
Do you use cookies?
Only if you say yes. Google Analytics sets cookies, and it loads only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
